Boulder Creek Room

Whether you write sweet or spicy, contemporary or historical, LGBTQ+ or heterosexual romance, this romance writing workshop is for you!

Romance is one of the most popular fiction genres, and it's easy to see why! In this workshop, we'll learn how to bring compelling character dynamics to life using character, setting, plot, and genre expectations as tools. Led by professional agented author and editor, Jacquelynn Lyon, we'll develop our craft and expand our writing toolboxes. Whether you write sweet or spicy, contemporary or historical, LGBTQ+ or heterosexual romance, this space is for you!

Everyone is welcome, no writing experience necessary! Snacks and writing supplies will be provided.

This is a BoulderWrites workshop. Visit our webpage to view more writing programs and make a writing coaching appointment today!

Boulder Public Library would like to thank everyone who has generously donated to the Boulder Library Foundation. Your financial support provides funding for library programs, services and facilities that help the people of Boulder develop and grow.
